Welcome- I’m Annette Bacon- Founder of Transforming Minds Coaching, TV Host, Leadership Coach, Speaker, Author and Adult Educator.
With experience spanning leadership roles from Team Leader through to Senior Management, I understand the challenges many leaders and organisations face in today’s workplace environments.
Leadership is no longer just about technical capability or performance outcomes. It also requires self-awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience and the ability to lead people with clarity, confidence and purpose.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with individuals and teams navigating high-pressure environments, workplace change, competing demands and the increasing need for psychologically safe and supportive workplace cultures.
